Dr. Donna L. Ross, PT, DPT

Be Well Physical Therapy & Consulting - Physical Therapist

For Donna Ross, her 22 years as a Physical Therapist has been a rewarding opportunity to provide care and education to patients and their loved ones. Her passion for the elderly, discovered after going into the home health setting, has helped her value time with loved ones as the most important gift we have, not wasting a moment of it on worry. In 2017, she branched out from home health agencies, starting Be Well, a consulting and private care PT business based on providing Prevention, Fitness, and Wellness to people no longer eligible for insurance coverage.  Additionally, she educates families, caregivers, and assisted living facility staff on patient/resident safety, fall prevention, and disease processes. In 2020, Donna added a Geriatric Clinical Specialist Board Certification to her list of accolades.

When not working, Donna, enjoys travel of all kinds, cooking, dancing, exercising, and entertaining family and friends at their Redding home.  For community, she is heavily involved with Red Bluff Kiwanis and she is thrilled to be part of the Leadership Redding Steering Committee. Growing up in Redding, Donna didn’t always realize the amazing community in which she lived.  While attending higher education in Texas and Florida, and traveling around the country with a unique job of rodeo sound and production on summer breaks, Donna realized Redding was the only place for her.  Not only for the aesthetics and abundant outdoor opportunities the north state offers but for the community spirit that is so prolific here.
